Cancellation Policy
All our service bookings must be made at least 3 weeks in advance of the required date. Orders can be placed via our official website, social media pages, or by contacting us through email or phone listed on our contact page. When booking online, customers must provide all required details including: Event date and time Delivery or pickup details Any dietary requirements (e.g., nut-free, gluten-free) A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking has been reviewed and accepted. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive this confirmation. All bookings should be paid in full 5 days before the services. Payments can be made via accepted payment methods: e.g., card, Swish, PayPal, bank transfer. Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your order and no deposit refund.
